In 1990, after several years of separation, I found myself in a new city, divorced with three small children. My youngest was 5 and I had started University again (after dropping out at 20). My first big question was: stay in school or go to work full time?Though it was the harder decision to stay in school, I felt it the best for us in the long run. I got my Bachelors in Education(Reading/Writing Specialties)living on child support, often not making ends meet. I graduated, began a career, bought a car/home/etc. When my kids were all grown and either in jobs or University, after much prayer and guidance, I sold everything and moved to Germany as a missionary. I stayed for almost 10 years, then met and married my now husband. I live with him and our 3 furbabies in the Little Blue Moon, a grey house with a garden and a white picket fence. He bought it for me, here in USA. We have 4 married children and 8 grandchildren between us. ArchivesNo Archives Categories |
