The definition of Psalm - Song
Let us sing to Him Today

1. Today's Passage: Psalms 33:1-9

Get to know your bible.

Or find the chapter NASB version on Bible Gateway here.
You can search for other versions there as well. Versions even in foreign languages.

Or for your convenience I have typed the chapter below from the
New Living Testament (NLT).

1. Let the godly sing for joy to the LORD;
it is fitting for the pure to praise him.
2. Praise the LORD with melodies on the lyre;
make music for him on the ten-stringed harp.
3. Sing a new song of praise to him;
play skillfully on the harp, and sing with joy.
4. For the word of the LORD holds true and we can trust everything he does.
5. He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the LORD fills the earth.

6. The LORD merely spoke, and the heavens were created.
He breathed the word, and all the stars were born.
7. He assigned the sea its boundaries and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs.
8. Let the whole world fear the LORD, and let everyone stand in awe of him.
9. For when he spoke, the world began!
It appeared at his command.
Psalm 33: 1-9 NLT

This is the day that the LORD has made.
Were you surprised what verses, phrases, words that jumped out
when you started at the end of the passage and read
each verse 9, 8. 7...backwards?
Please share what brought you to a breath of praise!

May God fill our hearts with JOY this Palm Sunday.

Thank YOU for sending your Son.
Amen.

"4. For the word of the LORD holds true and we can trust everything he does."

This morning I am holding on to this truth. He can be trusted.

I am his sheep he is my shepherd. Accepting His guidance even when it makes no sense to me.

Dressed and ready to go. I hear. Stop.
ok.
I stop. I don't understand why...
But trust him I will.
So this Palm Sunday will look different than any that have ever gone before. Praising him in obedience.
